i-Account

If user meets problems when logging in i-Account, please refer to the following statements.

Login help

Login ID:
Login ID is set by user when logging in i-Account for the first time. User needs to enter login ID every time to login i-Account.

1st Password:
1st Password is set by user, containing 8-30 characters (letters and numbers).

2nd Password:
2nd Password is set by user, containing 8-30 characters (letters and numbers). It is also required when user requests outward transfer from i-Account.
When inputting 2nd Password, user needs to enter only some characters instead of inputting all. Please refer to following example for more details.

For instance, if 2nd Password is「example1234」while「1st」,「3rd」and「2nd last」character is required to input, user shall enter according to the steps as below:

* 1st:fill in the first character of 2nd Password, namely「e」
* 3rd:fill in the third character of 2nd Password, namely「a」
* 2nd last:fill in the 2nd last character of 2nd Password, namely「3」

For those users who can’t log in i-Account

When user forgets login ID:
copies of personal identification and residence certificate need to be submitted to support@liri-bd.com.
We will send login ID to user’s registered email address after confirmation.

When user forgets 1st Password:
① Click on「Password Reminder」at the bottom right of i-Account login page.
② Fill in Login ID and Date of Birth, and then click on「Next」.
③ Answer the reminder question, fill in 2nd Password as required, and then click on「Submit」.
④ New password will be sent to user’s registered mail address within minutes. Please check it.
Note: please change user’s password after logging in i-Account.

When user forgets 2nd Password:
① In i-Account login page, fill in login ID and 1st password, and then click on「Log in」.
② Click on「2nd Password Reminder」.
② In the page Password reset confirmation, fill in Login ID and Date of Birth, and click on 「Next」.
③ In the page Password reset question, please answer the question and click on「Submit」.
④ New password will be sent to user’s registered mail address. Please check it.
Note: please change user’s password after logging in i-Account.

When user forgets both 1st Password and 2nd Password:
retrieve password according to above steps.
※User should retrieve 2nd password at first and then retrieve 1st password.

When you are having problems with the log-in page, you are most likely using an outdated browser.
If you are using an outdated browser, it will be risky, and you will not be able to log-in in your i-Account.
For outdated browsers, when you key in your password, a white screen or no password reminder will appear. Therefore, we recommend that you use a more updated browser.
For example: the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox, Google chrome, Internet Explorer 10 or 11, etc.
